On Saturday, Dec. 14, Columbia College awarded degrees to 315 students. Students from the Day Campus, Evening Campus, Nationwide Campuses and the Online Campus attended the graduation ceremony at Southwell Complex. Earlier that day, the college pinned 30 new nurses at the pinning ceremony. Cody Murphy, the class president and winner of the clinical excellence award, was quoted in a Columbia Daily Tribune article about his upcoming job as a registered nurse in the ICU at Truman Memorial Veterans’ Hospital.
