NAS Jacksonville recognized the top sailors from the second quarter during a luncheon April 16. The week before, NAS Jacksonville itself was honored with the HandsOn Service in Uniform Award, which recognizes exceptional volunteer efforts of different organizations. Columbia College was a sponsor of the event and covered the cost of the buffet for the Soldiers of the Quarter and their families.
