Jay Curry, who received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Columbia College, was profiled in the latest issue of Columbia Business Times as a “Person You Should Know.” Curry is the owner/partner of Spicewine Ironworks and the owner/partner of Columbia Welding & Machine. He builds custom barbecue meat smokers and have a line of barbecue sauces and spices. He also holds a Master of Barbecue degree from the Culinary Institute of Smoke Cooking.
