Crystal Lake campus director Debra Hartman recently announced the hiring of Jim McNally as the new assistant director at the campus. As assistant director, McNally will assist in the day-to day-operations at the campus including enrollment management, student services and other administrative requirements.
“We are very pleased to welcome Jim to our team and utilize his more than 20 years of experience in higher education,” said Hartman. “He has hit the ground running, displaying a strong commitment to student service while passionately promoting the college throughout the Crystal Lake community and beyond.”
In his most recent positions, McNally directed The Leadership Center for Emerging Leaders in Virginia Beach, Virginia; he also founded a study abroad consulting firm based in Shanghai, China. McNally also served as an academic advisor, adjunct professor and director of academic advising at Regent University from 2005-2008.
