Columbia College primary logoEven though most educational institutions in the United States, including Columbia College, are in the middle of unique circumstances, the College continues to operate and educate in the best interest of its students and communities.

On April 6, 2020, Columbia College officially opened and began operations at Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota. United States Air Force Col. Bradley L. Cochran and Columbia College President Dr. Scott Dalrymple recently signed an agreement authorizing the college to begin class instruction.

The installation brings the college into its 13th state in addition to Cuba; Columbia College also provides education around the world thanks to its pioneering Online Program.

“We are all about providing quality education to our service members,” said retired U.S. Army Lt. Col. Rob Boone, the college’s associate vice president in charge of military locations. “We are excited about this wonderful opportunity to do so at our newest location at Minot AFB.”

The college will offer the following degree programs at its Minot AFB location:

Additionally, the College is authorized to offer certificates in the following:

All interested prospective students, both at Minot and around the world, can apply for free at apply.ccis.edu. The next session of classes are expected to begin on Monday, April 27; due to the COVID-19 outbreak, these classes will only be offered online.
