Columbia College and Central Christian College of the Bible (CCCB) in Moberly, Missouri, have announced an innovative dual degree partnership designed to expand academic opportunities while equipping students for both ministry and in-demand careers.
Through this collaboration, CCCB students will complete their General Education and Biblical Studies coursework from that institution while simultaneously pursuing a Bachelor of General Studies from Columbia College. As part of the CC degree, students will specialize in high-demand fields by completing an academic minor in areas such as Management, Marketing, Cybersecurity or Psychology.
“We are proud to partner with Central Christian College of the Bible to create meaningful pathways for students who are called to serve,” said Dr. David Russell, President of Columbia College. “This agreement reflects our shared commitment to academic excellence, student success and preparing graduates to make an impact in their communities and professions.”
This unique dual degree model allows students to experience CCCB’s immersive, Bible-centered education while gaining access to career-focused coursework aligned with today’s workforce needs.
“Students who attend Central’s campus receive an education with a biblical worldview, opportunities to serve others, and experiences that grow Christian leadership,” said Dr. David Fincher, President of CCCB. “This new partnership with Columbia College provides options for students earning an Integrated Studies degree from Central to earn a second bachelor’s degree at the lowest possible cost while expanding their career and professional options. We look forward to seeing this partnership succeed and grow in the coming years.”
The program also supports CCCB’s recruitment efforts by offering prospective students the opportunity to pursue a Bible college experience while gaining credentials in fields with strong job growth and earning potential. At the same time, CC extends access to its high-demand academic programs to students deeply rooted in faith-based education.
