Dylan Carlton never wavered in his belief in the Cougar baseball program – his faith in what Columbia College was building is exactly what brought him here.
The redshirt junior began his journey at CC in 2022 and has since worked his way up to earn a starting role in the lineup.
“Through hard work and persistence, I was able to improve and eventually contribute to the field, which has been very rewarding.”
The Columbia College baseball program is one of prestige, and has had a winning tradition since the program’s inception in 2017. The Cougars have earned six NAIA postseason berths, with four American Midwest Conference (AMC) regular season titles and two AMC tournament championships.
Head Coach Darren Munns and assistant coach Craig “Boomer” McAndrews have played an instrumental role during Dylan’s journey as a Cougar. The value they showed in him has been a driving force in his development in all aspects of life.
