Columbia College Alumni Association Chair Jared Reichel ’16 recently announced the addition of Veronica Ambuehl ’93 to the CCAA Advisory Council.
The CCAA Advisory Council serves as the leadership group of the Alumni Association and is composed of dedicated volunteers who are committed to the continued success and advancement of Columbia College. The Council provides strategic advice and plays a key role in helping the CCAA fulfill its mission to foster lifelong relationships among students, alumni and friends of the College.
As an Advisory Council member, Ambuehl will help guide the work of the CCAA and strengthen connections between the College and more than 100,000 alumni worldwide as the institution builds upon the celebration of its 175th anniversary in 2026.

Ambuehl, formerly Klotz, serves as Vice President and Director of Client Services at BAM Marketing Agency, a full-service marketing firm headquartered in St. Louis. She leads strategic client relationships for organizations across the healthcare, higher education, hospitality, financial services, and nonprofit sectors, while also bringing expertise in video production, event strategy, and integrated marketing communications.
A graduate of Columbia College’s main campus with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Ambuehl joined BAM in 2018 after nearly two decades with the St. Louis agency Rodgers Townsend, where she built a career in account leadership and client strategy.
Beyond her professional career, the Edwardsville, Illinois, resident is deeply committed to community service. She is a founding member, sustaining board member, and event chair for Edwardsville Neighbors, a 501(c)(3) organization that has provided more than $2 million in direct financial assistance to families experiencing medical hardship. She is also the former owner of Vine Floral Design, a boutique floral business she operated from 2012 to 2021, creating custom floral designs for weddings, events, businesses, and special occasions throughout the St. Louis and Metro East region.
